In 1996 Carol Ann Jamison bought the magazine, then known as SA Hairdressing & Beauty Culture, from the existing publisher. She relaunched it with a new exciting look that was created by her business partner, the new co-owner Oz Hirsh.Today Trade Focus Publications has grown and expanded. It publishes three magazines -
The SA Hairdressers Journal (monthly), Hair & Beauty Africa (bi-monthly) and IMAGE (annually).
